More than four in 10 women suffer from hair loss – although millions believe it is ‘only for men’.
A survey of 2,000 women found that 31 percent had “mild” hair loss, and 1 in 10 had lost all their hair at one time or noticed bald spots.
However, 79 percent of women believe that their locks are a big part of who they are, and more than one in 10 patients seek professional help because of the impact it has on their mental health.
Others refused to view corrected images and dates (seven percent) before they were deleted on mirrors (14%), social media (12%) and 12 days.
The study also found that 72% of women with anti-hair loss neoxins were excluded from hair loss.
As a result, 59 percent hide it from strangers, coworkers, and even friends and family.
Although they feel that 38 percent of the hair loss affects their mental health, and 29 percent, they suffer from depression.
While living in McCarthy, Chelsea’s Livie Bentley noticed two bald-headed baldness and began to notice signs of hair loss at the age of 16.
She said, “I think I probably brushed it off too hard. So, I left it at that.
“A few weeks later, I was washing my hair in school and I started crying because there was so much going on. I did not know what it was.
“When my hair was falling out and I was bald, my self-confidence was definitely hurt.
“My hair has always been very important to me and is an integral part of every woman’s appearance, so it really touches you when you’re not feeling well.

The study found that at first, 34-year-olds were more likely to develop symptoms of hair loss, but only 10 (11 percent) noticed that they were 18 years old.
While 45 percent put it on general concern, more than 10 (12 percent) believe it is a result of their presence in CV-19.
Others have blamed their thin hair on pregnancy (19 percent), poor diet (20 percent) or special health issues (25 percent).
But six percent (15%) still believe that hair loss is only for men, and three-quarters say there is more discrimination against women.
Two-thirds (64 percent) wear this for hair, are considered an important part of a woman’s appearance, and 44 percent believe that it is not as common as men.
More than half (55 percent) blame women for their hair loss or hair loss.
