Some of the funniest facts about February 2021, New York Times Google’s search for hair loss has increased by 8% in the last 12 months, and doctors have reported an increase in stress-induced hair loss (1) in patients. Just looking at the title of the article— “Not What You Think,” says the article:

The latest science on hair loss has been reported in natural resources. Nutri-Beauty: Knowing the market Sofia Cogan, MD, co-founder and chief medical consultant at Nutrafol, spoke on the topic. Getting to the root of the matter, Completely focused on hair loss.

“Most of us think it’s just genetic, and most of us don’t know that there is a universal ideology for hair loss,” said Dr. Cogan. The factors listed include stress, swelling, diet, hormones, and more.

Image ID Description Hair Growth Cycle Description. It begins with a large follicle image, with small blood vessels carrying nutrients to it, with hair coming out of the hair follicles; Then there is the part where the follicle is reduced and close to the floor of the skull, it is called catagen; This follicle image is no longer connected to the root, now less than before, since the hair follicle is cut off, it is called Telogen; And finally, the fourth part of the hair is placed on the head, no longer in the follicle, it is marked. Dr. Cogan covers the hair growth cycle (see Figure 1). It starts at the level of the agent, which is the stage of development; Then it goes to the regression stage, which she says is a normal part of the cycle. It then enters the landing stage or into the telogen room, where it does nothing but wait for the follicle to fall, which is called exogen. The follicle will then, in theory, produce another hair. However, at any time, any of these factors can accelerate the cycle and cause hair to fall out faster, or the follicle may not regenerate after hair loss.

Nutrafol offers four products: one for men, one for women, one for postpartum men, and one for pre- and postmenopausal men. They are all designed to address a variety of factors that can affect hair growth and hair loss, from hormones to the environment, and are all scientifically supported.

According to the Mayo Clinic, hair loss is common, but it may be helpful to talk to your doctor: Full-body hair loss, erosion, hair loss, sudden or sudden hair loss, or more frequent hair loss can all be symptoms. Chronic health condition (2). Your customers may want to explore natural and protective options. Looking at the prep, it may be helpful for some clients to point out a specific area that may be detrimental to their hair health and find ways to deal with it naturally.

Three areas of great importance:

Stress. Stress has been a global issue for years, and it is getting worse. Times Text shows. And Dr. Cogan says 78 percent of adults say that the CVD-19 epidemic is the biggest source of stress in their lives. Stress, in particular, leads to what Dr. Cogan calls telogen influenza – a stress-related leak, at which point the follicle moves to the telogen level, which cannot be reversed. Kovid raised the bar on television
Effluvium for both covadis and people with anxiety.

Fortunately, there are many well-researched resources out there. A prominent black ashwagandha. Two 2019 studies, both Ashwaganda -240mg / day in one study and 250mg / day in the other – significantly reduced anxiety and cortisol, and one participant in the study found significant improvements in sleep quality (3, 4).

Another useful alternative: L-theanine. The review article, which looked at nine studies, concluded: Increasing the dose may help to significantly reduce anxiety and depression in people with severe stress, but there is insufficient data to help reduce the level of anxiety in people with chronic pain. However, the results of this study show that L-teanine may have beneficial properties during periods of high stress or in individuals with high levels of anxiety and stress and decreased glutamate levels in the brain (5).

Swelling. The hair follicles need energy for hair growth – and cellular metabolism provides that energy. Swelling is a major strain on metabolism. Therefore, anti-inflammatory drugs such as curcumin may be helpful here. The 2021 review looked at 32 experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of curcumin supplementation in systemic inflammation, and found other reduction in CRP, IL-6 and TNF-እና and other inflammatory symptoms. The researchers concluded: “These findings support further research to confirm the anti-inflammatory effects of curcumin and to further investigate the efficacy of anti-inflammatory effects in humans” (6). A.D. A 2020 study looked at the mechanism of action, and found that curcumin breaks down blood-brain barrier, which can protect nerve cells from oxidative stress and inflammation. The study found that it plays a role in heart disease and that liver and spleen are oxidized and
Burning Injury (7).

Nutrition. Poor nutrition – in addition to affecting cellular metabolism – can cause a lack of nutrients needed to build hair. Andra Pichinku, a certified nutritionist, wrote to SFGATE that the most important ingredient in hair is protein: Eat lots of fish, eggs, lean meat, nuts, seeds and cottage cheese ”(8). Omega-3s help control keratin production, and make fish twice as recommended. And since keratin cannot be made without zinc, the pistachio recommends zinc-rich foods such as oysters, beef, kidney beans, nuts, and fortified cereals.

The Mayo Clinic also recommends certain lifestyles to prevent hair loss (2) ፡ Protect your hair from sunlight and other UV rays; Avoid harsh hair treatments such as hot roller, curling iron, hot oil treatments and perm. Use a blow dryer and avoid pulling hair when brushing, especially when it is wet; And limit the stress on the hair with rubber bands, bars and sweaters.
